Congratulations to all Irish Master Athletes who competed at non-Stadia Champs in Catania, Sicily over the past weekend. Comprising of just 13 Athletes & superbly managed by Sean McDermott, the team returned home with 18 medals in total & remarkably, all who competed, medalled in their events. Congratulations to all masterās teams who competed at 123.ie AAI Relay Champs once again hosted by Raheny Shamrocks last Sunday. In the opening race of the day. F35 & F50 Teams, just a small total of 11 clubs faced the starter. The format was 1 mile leg, followed by 2 miles & 1 mile to finish. Host club, Raheny Shamrocks captured both the F35 & F50 titles, followed by Longford A.C & Crusaders A.C. in the F35s & Bros Pearse & Donore Hrs in the F50s. Next race up was the M35s

European Masters Indoor Champs drew to a close on Thursday, with Team Ireland finishing an incredible 7th overall in the medals table shooting from 10th over the final 2 days. Final tally of 77 medals, 22 Gold, 33 Silver & 22 Bronze. This represents again another successful foray by our incredible Athletes in the International Champs punching well above our weight.
