Join us for an exciting one-day league event exclusively for Masters athletes. We’re aiming for strong participation from Clubs and Counties across Ireland—the more, the better!

###👥Team Format

Minimum *4 athletes per team**

* Teams can be:

* All Women

* All Men

* Mixed

You may enter *more than one Club team**

###📊Scoring System

Performances will be scored using the Ultra CE Calculator, adjusting for age and gender to ensure fair competition.

Example:

* 100m (M35) – 12.95 sec = 584 pts

* 100m (W35) – 12.95 sec = 886 pts

* 100m (M70) – 15.71 sec = 584 pts

* 100m (W70) – 15.71 sec = 931 pts

Please also note that AAI Master’s T&F Champs will be held in Santry Stadium over 2 days, kicking off on Fri eve 7^th Aug plus Sat 8^th Aug. Online entries will open 5-6 weeks beforehand.
