Best wishes to the 28 Irish Athletes who are travelling out to Daegu, South Korea, for World Masters T & F Champs which will commence this coming Sat 22nd Aug. You can follow their progress on the link below. Also please see important message put forward by Lucy Moore Fox.
For all athletes competing internationally - Can I suggest that everyone makes a list of all the supplements, prescribed meds & over the counter meds that you have taken in the past couple of weeks. Include name/brand & exact dosage, if possible. Keep the list with your passport, in case you get selected for Anti-Doping, as you will then need this info. When you check your meds on Sport Ireland Medchecker, keep a screenshot of the result of your search. Always check your supplements on the Informed Sport website!
As many of you may now be aware, Galway was selected to host non-Stadia Champs in May 2028. The LOC of Sean, Stephen & Ronan are working hard behind the scenes in preparation for this & have just produced the following social media links, so please share with the Athletic Community far & wide
