Super Sunday in Santry

Congratulations to all Athletes who competed in Santry on Sunday 5th Sept. Blessed with ideal weather conditions, there were many fantastic performances & positions keenly battled. Ronan & Killian will have a busy few days sifting through results & updating records.

A big thank you also to the AAI & the many Officials who gave their time so freely to ensure a well organised championships. With the further lifting of Covid restrictions only coming into effect from Mon 6th, hopefully we can now return to more normal conditions when either competing, spectating or volunteering.

The occasion also finally afforded IMAA Committee to make a formal presentation to Adam Jones of the Tadgh Lynch Trophy in recognition of his services to Masters Athletics. A very worthy recipient of the 2020 award. Sean McMullin, former President presenting the trophy below to Adam.
