Final details have been emailed through to all selected Athletes plus Reserves for forthcoming North/South CC event hosted by Northern Ireland Master Athletics at playing fields, Queens University, Malone Road, Belfast. Please contact Team Managers should you require additional information or let us know if you did not receive earlier email.
Athletes are advised to arrive early to pick up race nos from 10am. Team photos will take place @10.30am. 2 races will take place, with Women’s race incl M65+ over 6000m commencing @ 11.30. Mens race, M35 – M60 over 8000m will follow at 12.30. Selected Athletes must wear Irish Team singlet, with Reserves, who will compete in the same race, wearing their club singlet. Medals will be awarded to the first Athlete only in each age category, no team medals, but there will be an overall Team award from each race.
It is hoped that there will be limited changing facilities on the day, but this has not been confirmed, so suggest Athletes come prepared. Also Last Lap will provide some light refreshments. All IMAA Athletes, Reserves incl will receive a voucher, which will cover a beverage, sandwich, plus a piece of fruit or bar. This will be covered by the IMAA.

Looking further ahead, entries opened on 1st Nov for European Masters Indoor Champs, scheduled for Braga, Portugal from 20th to 27th Feb 2022. All entrants must be fully paid up members of the IMAA, otherwise your entry will not be approved by the Association. Please see www.european-masters-athletics.org for further details.
