Also, don’t forget to order any Irish gear you need ASAP via this link.

As previously promised, Lucy Moore Fox, will conduct an Anti-Doping presentation on Tues 13th Feb from 8.30pm via Zoom, please see details below. . This is of vital importance to all Athletes who are competing, either here at home or abroad. Many may not realize the consequences of taking prescribed medication or over the counter supplements, without checking them out, so we strongly recommend as many as possible to please attend online. Testers from Sport Ireland were in attendance in Athlone at recent AAI Masters Indoor Sunday, so we are not immune to been tested here at home.

"SAVE THE DATE! Thank you to Weightlifting Ireland for allowing Masters T&F athletes to join this Anti-Doping presentation! Do you know what a TUE is & when you might need one? What medicines can you take 'in competition'? What about supplements? What new Anti-Doping rules came in this year? If you want to attend, please PM Lucy Moore at 087 6858126 or email her at so she can send you the Zoom link.

A final call also to those who wish to attend at next coaching day at Indoor Arena, Nenagh on Sunday next 11th Feb, please ensure that you register in advance, see previous posting for further details.
