Avril Dillon will be hosting 2 sessions in Abbottstown on Sun 15th Oct & Sun 19th Nov for sprinters. Cost only €5 per session. This is limited to 20 per session and supported by IMAA. Please contact Avril to register at avril.dillon2009@gmail.com or 0857805060.

IMAA will be more than happy to support other groups, i.e mid distance, walks, field events should they wish to get similar training squad session together.
