Following an invitation by Northern Ireland Masters to compete in CC event on Sat 13th November in Belfast. It will comprise of full teams, across all age groups, with a prize for the individual winner in each age category, and two overall team prizes.
Teams will be selected following AAI Autumn CC on Sun 17thOctober, which will now incorporate the trial race, with thefirst 3 across the line, where there are teams of 4, and the first 4 home for teams comprising 6, will qualify for automatic selection. Athletes unable to compete on the day, but wish to be considered for selection must send a written request to International Sec, Pat O’Grady, providing recent race results and reason why they are unable to run on 17th Oct.
Please note that IMAA Membership fees must be paid in order to be considered for selection. Given current circumstances, coupled with the fact that a number of Committee members are unavailable on the day, it would be preferable if athletes pay their membership fees in advance and forward onto Treasurer, George Maybury, 28 Hazel Lawn, Blanchardstown, Dublin D15 XRN7, by Friday 15th October.
Membership can also be paid by Bank transfer, but please ensure that you provide name as reference and Athletics club on completing the bank transfer. All please send completed membership forms to the Treasurer, whichever method of payment you choose.

Entries currently open on Athletics Ireland website for Autumn CC, please see www.athleticsireland.ie for further details. IMAA will cover first 3 Masters prizes overall in Men’s and Women’s races plus also Jim McNamara trophy’s to individual Master’s winners in each race.
Entries will also close on Tues 27th for AAI National Marathon Champs, which will be held in conjunction with Belfast marathon on Sun next 3rd Oct. AAI National Road Relays will also be held on Sunday next in Raheny, with entries also closing on Tues 27th.
