It is with regret that we have to announce that we will not be in a position to host the British & Irish Masters CC Champs this coming Nov 2021 in Santry. Taking into account all the uncertainties that lie ahead, the decision was reluctantly made this week. We did seek feedback from England, Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales, & whilst some were prepared to travel, we could not at this stage guarantee that we could host both the race itself plus also the banquet.
We appreciate fully the disappointment that Athletes will feel on hearing this, but rest assured that we are fully committed to hosting this Championship in 2022.
We have also received a number of queries re the Masters T & F Champs, scheduled for Sun 5th Sept. We have been assured by AAI that this Champs will go ahead as scheduled, but cannot as yet confirm the venue. Work is due to recommence on the track in Tullamore shortly, so its unlikely that it will be held there. We will advise & update here on the website once we have confirmation from AAI.
